Waiting for Woolfest

Okay, so I literally can't wait for Woolfest! My first ever visit this year and we'll be camping on Grayonside where everybody else seems to be too. I have pennies saved and I'm ready to seriously enhance my stash.

So with Woolfest on the brain I was looking around Misi for all the lovely sheepy things available, just look at these lovelies!

Cutest set of sticthmarkers ever from Tinkwych

Gorgeous project bag from Nicsknots, I already have a project bag from Nic but I may need a new one with sheep on

This cot set from Mopppy is the cutest thing ever, ok I don't want the baby to go in it but the duvet set is stunning!

So with looking at all the lovely sheepy things, I couldn't help but make one little purchase of my own.

Fabulous sheep earring from Lej jewellery

These will be coming with me to woolfest next week!

See you all there :o)

Owlet

Well I finally finished Alice's Owlet jumper last night by sewing on all of the buttons for the eyes.

Its such a cute little jumper and now Amelia wants one too.

Alice loves it so much she's been asking if she can wear it for school, its the first time she's complained about having a school uniform.

So now have to knit one for Amelia but hey there's plenty of time before winter comes :o)

Rav day & Socks

Well I'm having a quiet week at home this week after spending the past couple of months rushing round. First Amelia fractured one of her toes on an escalator in the the Bull ring, 3hours spent in A&E that day.
But Saturday was Rav day in Coventry. Had so much fun despite the pouring rain and bought some goodies back home. It was so nice to see everyone who I chat to online and enhance my stash while we chat! One thing I bought was a Sushi Sock roll from EasyKnits as I'm determined to knit a pair of socks, I've tried so many times over the past couple of years and failed but this time things are going quite well.

Also bought some fibre from the lovely KraftyKoala (Gemma) that I can't wait to spin up and some pink pink yarn to knit a bag for Alice. She's been asking for a few weeks now so I better get on with it.
And finally I've added a couple more handspuns to my Misi shop and I'also having a Summer sale for June, all prices have been reduced my 10% so pop over and have a look. http://www.misi.co.uk/store_info.php?user_id=1368
